Atamanov Bayrammyrat graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Technologies, Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, in 1983 as a chemical engineer. 1985-1988 he studied at the postgraduate course at the Chemical-Technological University named after D.I. Mendeleyev and in 1989 received the degree of candidate of technical sciences. In 1995, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan, he was awarded the title of senior researcher in the specialty “Processes and devices of chemical technology”. In 2016, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan, he was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. 1983-1999 held various positions at the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, at the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya" (1999-2000), at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering (2011-2021). Since February 2021, Atamanov Bayrammyrat has been the rector of the Yagshigeldi Kakayev International University of Oil and Gas.
