Graduated in 2001 from the Institute of World Languages in Ashgabat, and underwent technical training in Germany to join the Lufthansa German airline as an operations manager at the Ashgabat International Airport in 2002 and between 2005 and 2010 studied at the UK’s Abertay University, earning a degree in business studies and then an MBA. Upon return to Ashgabat, he joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Consultant on Private Sector Development, and in 2011 he joined GaffneyCline, working both in London and Ashgabat offices. He has been managing the Turkmen Forum since 2019.
