Clayton has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and currently serves as the Director of Emissions Solutions at Tegre Corporation, where he has worked for the past 4 years. Previously he worked for 16 years at BP and BPX as a Process Engineer in Gulf of Mexico, Egypt, and Onshore US. During that time he held various engineering and construction management positions, as well as roles as the L48 Engineering Authority and Head of Projects. His primary focus areas are emissions mitigation, upstream and midstream process design, and infrastructure planning. Clayton has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
