Sergey Radchenko is a Principal Consultant, head of CIS business with Nexant ECA and has 20+ years of commercial experience of working in the coal and then chemicals industry focusing on EMEA region, dealing with Government representatives and National Oil and Gas companies. Sergey has strong experience in contract review (supply, off-take of products, transportation contracts) and has solid commercial understanding of the challenges and opportunities, facing exports to International Markets from the EMEA region. Responsible for building Nexant ECA’s business in the CIS/East Europe region, Sergey leads strategy and tailoring offerings to clients. Sergey Radchenko has managed several big projects for Nexant ECA in Turkmenistan in gas and fertilizer sector, as well as projects in Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries.
