Askhat Khassenov, born on October 13, 1983, holds degrees in Oil and Gas well drilling from Kazakh National Technical University and Management from the University of International Business, equipping him with a robust foundation for his leadership as Chairman of the Management Board. Askhat Khassenov began his career in 2005 as an Oil and Gas Production Operator at Turgai Petroleum. He advanced through the ranks in the Main Dispatching Department of the Oil and Gas Industry, eventually becoming Vice-President. His expertise led him to key roles in the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies and later the Ministry of Oil and Gas, where he oversaw various departments. After serving as Managing Director at Oil Project Service, he held the position of Deputy CEO at KLPE before becoming Vice Minister of Energy. He currently serves as Chairman of the Management Board.
