In 2003 Dovlet Allayarov graduated from Turkmen Polytechnic Institute, Electrical Engineering. From 2012 up to 2014, he held the position of Chairman of the Central Dispatcher Department of the Turkmenenergo State Electric Power Corporation of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan. From 2016-2018, he was Chief Engineer of Turkmenenergo State Electric Power Corporation of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan. From 2021 up to present has been working as Head of the Agency for the Development of Renewable Energy Sources of the State Electric Power Corporation "Turkmenenergo" of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan.
