Born in 1985 in Lebap region, in the village of Kellaik of Chardjou district. In 2005 graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute, faculty of Oil and Gas Reservoir engineering and development. Started his career as a 1/3 category operator in the Northern Balguyi production line for the production and transportation of the “Lebapgasproduction” Management of the State Concern “Turkmengas”. From 2013 to March 2015 worked as an engineer and acting head of the sector in the oil and gas field development department of the Oil and Gas Institute of the State Concern “Turkmengas”. From 2015 to 2016 worked as a sector head in the oil and gas field development department of the Oil and Gas Institute of the State Concern “Turkmengas”. From 2016 to 2018 worked as head of the laboratory for the integrated study and development of science-based projects in the Galkynysh field and international gas pipelines of the Oil and Gas Research Institute of the State Concern “Turkmengas”. From 2018 to 2019 worked as a leading specialist in the Department of Geology and Gas Well Treatment at the State Concern “Turkmengas”. From January 31, 2019 to the present has been working as Director of the Oil and Gas Research Institute of the State Concern “Turkmengas”.
