Batyr Amanov graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute in 2009 and received the qualification of geodesy engineer. 2009-2011 – worked as a mechanic of the 1 st category at the department of specialized mechanized works, as a chief specialist, technical specialist at the department of transport and mechanization of Directorate “Turkmenspecialoilgasconstruction” of State Concern “Turkmenoilgasconstruction”. 2011-2012 – worked as a chief specialist at the department of specialized mechanized work of the transport and mechanization directorate of the trust "Turkmenspecialoilgasconstruction" of State Concern "Turkmennebitgazgurlushik". 2012-2013 – worked as a senior engineer at the Department of Capital Construction of the Association “Turkmengazakdyrysh” of State Concern “Turkmengas”. 2013-2017 – worked as a chief specialist, the head of the pipeline construction department of S.C. “Turkmenoilgasconstruction”. 2017-2018 – worked as a deputy chief for capital construction at the Association “Turkmengazakdyrysh” of SC “Turkmengas”. January 2018-September 2019 – worked as Deputy Chairman of SC “Turkmengas”. September 2019-July 2020 – General Director of the “Turkmenbashi” oil refineries complex. July 2020 – was appointed as Chairman of the SC “Turkmengas”.
