Mr. Liu Chaoquan, Doctor of Economic Sciences, was born on January 18, 1965 in Sichuan province of China. Now he helds the position Deputy General Manager of CNPC Economy and Technology Research Institute. He was CEO of CNPC Iran, and Deputy General Manager of CNPC Middle East. He has been involved in oil and gas industry for more than 30 years, including 12 years experience in Venezuela, Ecuador, Iran and UAE.
