Serdar Berdyev graduated from the St. Petersburg State Agrarian University in 2013. He began his career in 2006 at the State Committee for Tourism, as a leading specialist in the tourism department. From 2008 to 2009, he held various positions in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in the International Relations and Cooperation Department, the Legal and Strategic Development Department, and the Exhibitions Department. From 2013 to 2014, he worked at the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan and the Food Association of Turkmenistan. From May 2015 to April 2016, he was Deputy Head of the Analysis and New Technologies Department of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. Since April 2016, he has been the head of Analysis and New Technologies Department of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
