Valentin works in the Moscow office of Argus Media since March 2020. He leads the petrochemical division in the consulting practice in the CIS countries, and also participates in regional projects in oil refining, gas processing, coal industry, etc. Valentin has over 15-year experience in strategic and capital projects for oil refining and petrochemical industries in CIS and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Argus Media, he worked at Russian oil and gas companies as well as at international consulting firms. Valentin was graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Oil and Gas (now National University of Oil and Gas "Gubkin University"), specialty Petroleum Process Engineer.
