Assets Operations Manager, Eni Turkmenistan Limited
Gisella Liantonio has been appointed to the position of Assets Operations Manager of Eni Turkmenistan Limited since March 2021. After graduation in chemical engineering, she has started the career in Energy Industry then had the opportunity to attend the Master in Petroleum Engineering and Operations promoted by Eni and Polytechnic University of Turin. She has joined to ENI group in 2005, passing across various departments and gaining valuable experience in many activities related to drilling, completion, and production optimization engineering. She has spent 15 years working in operative districts (Algeria, Texas, Alaska, Italy, Tunisia), covering different roles, crossing different cultures and way of life. She managed onshore/offshore oil and gas field operations and projects, ensuring HSE best practices. Her career development includes the following professional activities and international projects: from May 2008 to November 2005 - Petroleum Engineer -Sand Control department TEOP, Headquarter Eni E&P Division-Milan; from October 2010 to May 2008 - Production Optimization Engineer, GSA Algeria-Hassi Messaoud; from October 2010 to September 2011 – Completion Engineer-Production optimization Technologies, Enipetroleum- Fort Worth-Texas; from February 2013 to September 2011 – Drilling & Completion Engineer Manager, Enipetroleum- Anchorage- Alaska; from May 2013 to February 2014 – Drilling & Completion Engineer Manager, ARPO-CS-DICS-Ravenna district-Italy; from May 2014 to March 2016 - Well Operation Manager, Enimed-Gela district-Italy; from March 2016 – to May 2017 - Well Operations Manager, EniTunisia-Tunisi-Tunisia; from May 2017 to May 2019 - Production Optimization Technologies Manager-TEOP, Headquarter ENI Natural Resources-San Donato Milanese-Italy; from 2019 to March 2021 - Area Knowledge Coordinator for Professional Well Area; Manager Drilling and Completion Activity- Headquarter ENI Natural Resources-San Donato Milanese-Italy. She was dealing with Coordination of Drilling and Completion activities in Italy and South Europe ensuring capital expenditure optimization in respect of HSE golden rules, promoting new technologies and production optimization applications, transferring know-how and sensibilization in safe Operations and efficiency. She can speak Italian, French and English.
