Jepbarov Rahimberdy Jepbarovich was born on July 13, 1978 in Ashgabad. In 2000, he graduated from the Turkmen State University named after Makhtumkuli with a degree of English-speaking international economist in world economy and international relation. In 2003, he graduated in absentia from the University of the Belgium of in Antwerpen with a degree in bank and finance. He began his career in December of 1998 at the State Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan as a leading specialist of the Telex-Swift department. In the period from 2000 to 2008, he worked in such positions at the State Bank of Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan as the chief economist of the Foreign Exchange and Financial Operations Department of the International Relations Department, Leading Dealer of the Dealing Operations Section of the Settlements Department, Head of the Interbank Relations Division of the Economic Analysis and Integration Department, Acting Head of the Interbank Relations Division of the Economic Analysis and Integration Department, Head of Settlements Department. Under the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan 9382 of March 12, 2018, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan. By presidential decree PP-5075 dated April 18, 2008, he was appointed as the acting chairman of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan. By Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan 9771 of April 23, 2008, he was appointed head of the Islamic Development Bank of Turkmenistan. According to the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, PP-5495 of January 15, 2010, was approved to the position of Chairman of the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan and continues to work in this position up to these days.
