Mr. Serdarmammet Garajayev was born on October 29, 1975 Balkanabat, Turkmenistan. He graduated from Turkmen Polytechnic Institute on specialty an engineer-geologist. In 1998-1999 he was in the military service. In 1999-2005 he was technician-geologist at the administration of “Balkannebitgeofizika”. In 2005-2009 he was a main specialist in several departments of “Turkmengaz” State Concern. In 2009-2011 he was the first secretary of the Middle-East department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. In 2011 March -September he was a vice-consul of the Consulate of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (Mazari-Sharif). In 2011-2012 he was consul of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (Herat). In 2012-2017 he was consul general of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic of Iran (Mashed). From 2017 up to now he is the extraordinary and plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan in the United Arab Emirates (Abu-Dhabi).
