Consulting Manager, Middle East and Asia Pacific – Argus Media
Valentin works in Argus Media since March 2020. He specializes in study of refined products and petrochemicals markets. Before moving to the Dubai office, Valentin leaded the petrochemical division in the Argus’ consulting practice in the CIS countries. Valentin has over 15-year experience in strategic and capital projects for oil refining and petrochemical industries. Prior to joining Argus Media, he worked at Russian oil and gas companies as well as at international consulting firms. Valentin was graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Oil and Gas (now National University of Oil and Gas "Gubkin University"), specialty Petroleum Process Engineer.
