Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan
He began his career in 2000 as a computer operator in a hydrogeological expedition and until 2007 held various positions in the State Corporation “Turkmengeology”. After graduating from the Turkmen State Power Engineering University in 2012 with a degree in electrical engineering, he held various positions in the State Electric Power Corporation “Turkmenenergo” and State Corporation “Turkmengeology” until 2015. From 2015 to 2019 held the position of deputy head of the turbine department. In January 2019, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan, and in 2021 - Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan.
