David is one of Gas Strategies’ most experienced consultants and his work with Gas Strategies over the last 20 years has encompassed a variety of different projects relating to gas markets, business strategy and commercial negotiations. In particular, he has in-depth experience of supporting financing transactions and as an advisor on commercial arrangements, contracts, oil and gas pricing and market risks in a wide range of major international gas projects. He has extensive experience of gas export projects in Central Asia, and of LNG supply dynamics to India and Pakistan. Prior to his consultancy career, David held a series of senior posts with BP, and was BP Exploration’s General Manager in Algeria, Director of Southern European Gas Marketing and General Manager in Turkey.
