In 1995, he graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute with a degree in economics and management and was qualified as an economist engineer. In 1996-1997 he worked as a first-class specialist in the Department of Capital Construction of the Bereket district. 1997-2001 worked as chief engineer, head of the labor protection department of the Overhaul and Well Management Enterprise of the Turkmennebit State Concern. In 2002-2004, he worked as the head of the economic department of the Capital Well Construction Department of Goturdepe, Barsagelmez of the Neftegazkapremont trust of the Turkmennebit state concern. In 2004- 2010, he worked as Deputy Director for General Affairs of the Barsagelmez Well Construction Division of the Neftegazkapremont trust of the Turkmennebit State Concern. In 2010 -2017 he worked as acting Chief Engineer of the Barsagelmez Well Construction Department, Neftegazkapremont trust and acting Goturdepe, Head of the Economic Division of the Capital Well Construction Department, Turkmennebit State Concern. From June 2017 to February 2018, he worked as the head of the economic department of the Neftegazkapremont trust of the Turkmennebit state concern. From June 2018 to the present, he has been working as deputy chairman of the Turkmennebit State Concern.
