Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan
Batyr Amanov graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute in 2009 and received the qualification of geodesy engineer. 2009-2011 – worked as a mechanic of the 1st category at the department of specialized mechanized works, as a chief specialist, technical specialist at the department of transport and mechanization of Directorate Turkmenspecialoilgasconstruction of SC Turkmennebitgazgurlushik . 2011-2012 – worked as a Chief specialist at the department of specialized mechanized work of the transport and mechanization directorate of the trust «Turkmenspecialoilgasconstruction» of SC «Turkmennebitgazgurlushik». 2012-2013 – worked as a Senior engineer at the Department of Capital Construction of the Association Turkmengazakdyrysh of SC Turkmengas . 2013-2017 – worked as a Chief specialist, the acting Head of the pipeline construction department of SC Turkmenoilgasconstruction 2017-2018 – worked as a Deputy Chief for capital construction at the Association Turkmengazakdyrysh of SC Turkmengas . January 2018-September 2019 – worked as Deputy Chairman of SC Turkmengas . From September 2019 - July 2020 – General Director of the Turkmenbashy Complex of Oil Refineries. July 2020 – was appointed as Chairman of the SC Turkmengas. In May 2023 he was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
