In 1975, he graduated from Magtymguly Turkmen State University with a major in chemistry. Following his graduation, he engaged in roles such as an intern, post-graduate student, and senior laboratory assistant at the Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union, from 1975 to 1981. He received the degree of candidate of chemical sciences in 1981. Subsequently, from 1982 to 2012, he occupied various roles in Turkmenistan's scientific and industrial sectors. He further expanded his career from 2012 to 2022, serving as a leading specialist and later the head of the scientific department at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. Since 2022, he has been holding the position of director at the Center for Hydrogen Energy at the Yagshygeldy Kakaev International Oil and Gas University.
