Chairman, State Corporation "Turkmengeology"
In 2001 he graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute with a degree in "Development and operation of oil and gas fields" with the qualification "Mining Engineer". He began his career as an operator of the gas preparation and transportation workshop of the Korpedzhinsky Gas Production Department of the State Concern "Turkmennebit", where he worked in various positions from August 2001 to March 2006. From March 2006 to October 2015, he worked in various positions in the central office of the State Corporation "Turkmennebit". From October 2015 to April 2016, he worked as the chief specialist of the department in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. From April 2016 to July 2016, he worked as a deputy of the State Agency for the Management and Use of Hydrocarbon Resources under the President of Turkmenistan. In the period from August 2016 to August 2023, he held the position of head of the department in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan. On August 31, 2023, by Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, he was appointed Chairman of the State Corporation "Turkmengeology".
