Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan
In 2011, Annageldi Saparov graduated from the Turkmen State Energy Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. From August 2011 to May 2020, he worked in various positions in the "Turkmenmashingurlushyk" concern of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Materials of Turkmenistan. From May 2020 to July 2021, he worked as deputy director, then director of the State concern "Nebitmash" of the same ministry. In July 2021, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction Materials of Turkmenistan, where he worked until February 2023. On February 17, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan, and on July 14, 2023 - Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan.
