Abutalipov Arthur Maratovich in 2018 graduated from the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University with a degree in Ecology and Nature Management. He has experience in expert validation and verification of projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, as well as carbon reporting in the oil and gas, energy and chemical business sectors. Since 2021, he has been working at MIP NES Profekspert LLC. LLC MIP "NES Profekspert" is a Russian company established on the basis of the Almetyevsk State Oil Institute. It provides a wide range of services in the areas of industrial safety, construction control, labour protection, environment and environmental safety, in matters of implementation of Climate projects, Project and Program activities. LLC MIP "NES Profexpert" is an accredited body of the Clean Development Mechanism of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (CDM UNFCCC).
