Deputy Chairman, Central Bank of Turkmenistan
Merdanguly Palivanow has a wealth of experience in the banking sector, serving as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan since March 2017. Prior to this role, he held various positions at the Turkmen Foreign Economic Affairs Bank, including Head of Accounting Division, Specialist of Bank Cards Division, and Specialist of Personnel Department. He is a graduate of the Academy of State Service under the President of Turkmenistan, Turkmen State University, and the Specialized Banking School named after hero of Turkmenistan A. Nyyazov.
