Project Officer, UNECE
Nadejda Khamrakulova is the Economic Affairs Officer at the Sustainable Energy Division, UN Economic Commission for Europe. She is focusing on activities to enhance capacities of countries to develop and implement projects on low-carbon hydrogen production, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and leading activities across Europe and Central Asia. Prior to this, Nadejda was consulting FAO, UNEP and UNECE on various projects in the area of sustainable development. From 2007 to 2014, she was implementing projects on financing energy efficiency and renewable energy investments, enhancement of transboundary water cooperation, and assessment of economic policies. Nadejda holds Executive Master’s degree from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, and Master’s degree from the University of Geneva (UNIGE).
