After graduating from Tashkent State Technical University (former TashPI) in 1980, Mr. Shamsiev Hamidulla Amanovich Shamsiev taught at the Department of Electrical Power Plants of Tashkent State Technical University until 1993. In 1988 he defended his candidate's thesis and in the same year received the academic degree of associate professor. In 1993 he joined the Central Dispatching Service (now the National Dispatching Center (NDC)) of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he worked in the Central Dispatching Service (now the National Dispatching Center (NDC)). Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he rose from engineer (1993) to the head of NDC (1999-2007), at the same time without interrupting his teaching activity (part-time) in Tashkent State Technical University. In 1997, he was a trainee at the Energy Charter Secretariat (Belgium, Brussels). In 2007 he was appointed to the position of Chief Dispatcher of the newly established international non-governmental non-commercial organization Coordination and Dispatch Center “Energy”. Since 2008 and up to the present time he has been the Director of CDC Energia. In 2015 he was awarded the honorary title “Veteran of Energy of Uzbekistan”, in 2018 - the honorary title “Honored Power Engineer of CIS”, in 2024 - the honorary title “Honored Power Engineer of Kazakhstan”.
