Mr. Zbrodko has over 15 years of professional experience in research and energy consulting, including ten years of experience in international development projects that support government agencies and the private sector in the development and implementation of renewable energy and energy efficiency strategies. He has also advised local governments on the development of alternative financial models (energy performance contracts, public-private partnership) to finance clean energy projects. In addition to the implementation of technical tasks, Mr. Zbrodko provides strategic, financial, administrative and technical management of projects in Central Asian countries. Mr. Zbrodko is a co-founder of the Kazakhstan Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers, a branch of an international professional organization. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM®) and Certified Auditor (CEA®). Yegor Zbrodko has a master's degree in finance and energy project management (Columbia University, USA), as well as a master's degree in engineering sciences (KazNU, Kazakhstan).
