Chairman, State Concern “Turkmennebit”
In 2002, he graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute with a degree in “Development and operation of oil and gas fields” with the qualification of “Mining Engineer”. He started his career as an assistant driller in the Oil and gas Exploration Expedition of the State Corporation “Turkmengeologiya”, where he worked from December 2003 to June 2004. From June 2004 to April 2007 - Chief Specialist at the Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources of Turkmenistan. From May 2007 to July 2016, he worked in various positions at the State Agency for the Management and Use of Hydrocarbon Resources under the President of Turkmenistan. From July 2016 to January 2019, he held various positions at the SC “Turkmengas”, and on January 30, 2019, he was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the SC “Turkmengas”. In September 2021, he was transferred to the post of the Deputy Chairman of the SC “Turkmennebit” , and on April 5, 2022, by Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, he was appointed as the Chairman of the SC “Turkmennebit”.
