President and Chief Executive Officer, CB&I
Mark is a senior engineering and business leader with more than 30 years of experience in engineering, technology development, strategic planning and executive management at CB&I. As President and CEO, he oversees the company’s financial, commercial and operational performance, leading strategic initiatives, operational improvements and growth across the global storage sector. Previously, Mark served as Vice President of Engineering, overseeing global engineering and technical strategy, and as Head of Research and Development, where he led the development of innovative storage technologies. In 2024, he spearheaded CB&I’s transition to an independent company under the ownership of Mason Capital Management. Mark holds a BSc and MSc in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also completed the Global Leadership Development Program at Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management.
