Minister of Communications of Turkmenistan
Hajymurat Hudaygulyev graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Transport and Communications in 2003 with a degree in Multi-Channel Telecommunications. He began his career at Ahaltelekom and subsequently held a number of senior positions within the telecommunications sector, including Deputy General Director for Telecommunications of Turkmen Telecom and Director of the Altyn Asyr mobile communications company. From 2019 to 2025, he held senior leadership positions in the Ministry of Industry and Communications and the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, including Chairman of the Turkmenaragatnashyk Agency. Since July 2025, Hajymurat Hudaygulyev has served as Minister of Communications of Turkmenistan. He has received several state commemorative medals recognising his contributions to the country’s development.
